Give parents a clear, numbered fee receipt in a minute: student and class, the months paid for, each fee head, concession, previous dues and the balance. A dues list shows who has not paid, with a WhatsApp reminder in one tap.
How to make a fee receipt here
- Type your school or institute once. Name, address, phone, affiliation or registration number, and GSTIN if you are a registered coaching centre.
- Add the student. Name, parent, phone, class, section and roll number. Saved students come up as you type, with their class and roll number filled in.
- Pick the months. From and up to which month the fees are for. A quarterly fee is three months, a yearly fee twelve.
- Add the fee heads. Tuition, transport, exam, late fee and so on, with the amount. Add any concession or scholarship, and previous dues.
- Type what was received. Leave it empty when the whole amount is paid; a part payment shows the balance due on the receipt.
- Save, then print or share. Print a student copy and an office copy on A5, or send the PDF on WhatsApp. Next month, open the receipt from Saved fee receipts and press "Next receipt": months move on and any balance becomes previous dues.
What it does for you
- Numbered receipts: FR/26-27/0001 onwards for each financial year, with a warning if a number is used twice.
- Remembers students: class, section, roll number, parent and phone come back with the name.
- Part payments: previous dues, amount received now and balance due, all printed.
- Dues list: every student’s latest receipt, the month paid up to and the balance, with a WhatsApp reminder button.
- Right GST line: exempt for school education, 18% for coaching, or no GST if you are not registered.

Is this fee receipt maker free?
Yes. Receipts, the dues list, printing and sharing are free, with no login and no limit. A small line at the bottom says where the receipt was made.
Can it remember students?
Yes. Each student is saved with class, section, roll number, parent and phone, and comes back as you type the name.
Can a parent pay part of the fees?
Yes. Type the amount received; the receipt shows the balance due, and the next receipt picks it up as previous dues.
Is GST charged on school fees?
No, education by a school up to higher secondary is exempt. Coaching and tuition are taxable at 18% once registered. See GST on fees.
How do I see who has not paid?
Press "Dues list". It shows each student’s month paid up to and balance, with a WhatsApp reminder button. See dues and reminders.
Can I print two copies?
Yes, a student copy and an office copy, each on its own page. A5 is the default; A4 and thermal rolls are there too.
Does it work offline?
Yes, once opened. Receipts are kept in this browser; save a backup file regularly and keep it in two places.
Where is my data kept?
In this browser on this device, shared with the other Nivesh Sahayak tools through my.niveshsahayak.in. Nothing is sent to us.
